Luxury F&B Concept Launched in the UAE Desert

Back in 2017 a forward looking client placed his trust in our company to develop a brand and build a food truck in the middle of the desert in UAE. After years of research into his truly stunning food offering he needed a vehicle that encapsulated his new brands identity which harnessed local interest and gave him the ability to create luxurious exciting new F&B offerings to consumers in the region. Saddle started by serving specialty coffee and food to-go, now Saddle Café has grown to 14 outlets across the UAE, Knightsbridge London and now in Cannes France. We flew the unit out from the UK so we guaranteed being set up and ready for their very famous first customer, the ruler of Dubai, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
