The Bus Business are ready to target Dubai as a potential new business outlet and have picked up on the surge of street food. Ready to eat food has become extremely popular over the past five years and right now some of the most exciting food is being served out of trailers, carts and vintage vans. The Bus Business are trying to capitalize on street food and want to add variety to the way people purchase street food.
The Bus Business wants to serve customers from within a vintage Routemaster bus, essentially turning the bus into a restaurant. The Bus Business has had previous successes when dealing with pop-up restaurants and outlets such as Snog Frozen Yogurts and Rosebery. With Rosebery, The Bus Business had the task of building a premium cocktail bar experience using a vintage Routemaster bus. Production took 18 weeks from start to finish, all completed on time for the Rosebery’s first event in Cannes for Facebook.
Whilst working alongside Snog Frozen Yogurts, The Bus Business were set with the task of creating a highly stylised, show stopping retail frozen yogurt servery within a vintage Routemaster bus. The Bus Business managed to establish an eye catching, spectacular vehicle which delivered exceptional results on London’s Southbank.
